In a surprising revelation earlier today, entertainer John Davidson has finally admitted that he is the father of Senator John Edwards. "Ya it's embarrassing, especially for me, but with everything that's happening with John [Edwards] right now I thought I might be able to slip this under radar. Plus I figured it's impossible for him to be any more embarrassed than he already is", said the singer and former host of That's Incredible!, Hollywood Squares, and the $100,000 Pyramid.
Davidson had denied paternity for years coincidentally using the same Internet form-letter that his alleged son has used on numerous occasions. They both apparently downloaded the letter from the same website, aint-MY-kid.com, which provides reference material and legal referrals and is "totally anonymous" according to company spokesman and long-time customer Wilt Chamberlain. Though the issue of paternity is still disputed, Edwards did concede that under California intellectual property law, Mr. Davidson is the real father of his hair.
