Arlington resident, Bob Smythe, filed a law suit against the local Ford dealership, Arlington Motors, on Friday.  The suit alleges that the dealership knowingly sold him a car that "is not reasonably usable for its intended purpose".  "I love this car; it's roomy and well built; it handles great and has an awesome 4.6 Liter V8 engine, which is why I think I'm going to shoot somebody if people don't stop driving so insanely slow in front of me." said Smythe about his brand new navy blue Crown Victoria, "I'm sorry that it has come to this - all I really want to do is trade it in on a different model, any model, that isn't also a cop car."
